Open Roles
Card Appraiser — Vintage Hockey & Baseball
PSA/BGS-certified or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years pricing vintage hockey and baseball cards. Familiarity with PWCC/Goldin auction comps. Role involves reviewing loan applications, setting LTV recommendations, and maintaining appraisal quality.
Customer Success Specialist
Handle borrower inquiries, manage loan renewals, and guide first-time applicants through the process. Collector background strongly preferred. Bilingual (EN/FR) is an asset.
Software Developer — PHP/JS
Build and maintain the CardPawn platform. Experience with PHP, MySQL, modern JavaScript, and payment gateway integrations. Interest in fintech or collectibles a strong plus.
Operations Coordinator
Coordinate inbound/outbound card shipments, vault documentation, and insurance administration. Detail-oriented, process-driven, with excellent record-keeping skills.
